Acco Rexel’s 1400 range of shredders are ideal for heavy duty use. The 1400S Shredders are quiet and easy to use high performance heavy duty machines ideal for the busy office. The Acco Rexel 1400 S2 shredder strip cuts up to 28 sheets at a time into thin 3.8mm strips – security level 2. The large 80 litre bin holds hundreds of sheets of shredded waste before it needs to be emptied. Other features of the Acco Rexel 1400 shredder are its thermal overload protection, auto start stop and reverse, and the fast throughput and quiet operation. It is an ideal shredder for the busy office that requires regular shredding.

Acco Rexel 1400 S3 Shredder is the security level 3 cross cut machine able to shred up to 20 sheets at a time into small 3.8 x 50mm pieces.

The Acco Rexel 1400 S4 shredder shreds up to 11 sheets into security level 4 sized pieces (1.9 x 15mm). The S4 is ideal for shredding highly confidential documents.

Acco Rexel’s 1400 S5 is the high security shredder model typically used by government departments and businesses that want the highest level of security. The S5 is used to shred top secret documents, up to 9 at a time, reducing the document into tiny 0.8 x 11mm pieces

Acco Rexel 4000 S2/4 Office Shredder.

The Acco Rexel 4000 S2/4 heavy duty shredder has an extra large bin capacity of 142 litres capable of holding hundreds of sheets of shredded waste. Auto start, stop and reverse functions as well as a quiet operation and fast throughput make this the perfect high performance, heavy duty main office shredder. The Acco Rexel 4000 S2/4 shredder can destroy up to 28 sheets at a time into thin 3.8mm strips. The 4000 range also has a wider shredder mouth (420mm) able to shred A3 and computer listing paper.
If you prefer a shredder that can handle even more sheets at a time then the Acco Rexels 4000 S2/6 which can shred up to 36 sheets per a pass is the model of choice. It strip cut documents to a slightly wider 5.8mm width but still conforms to security level 2 specs.

Acco Rexel also makes Security Level 3 and Security Level 4 shredders in this range. The Acco Rexel 4000 S3 cross cut shredder can reduce up to 22 sheets in a single pass into small 3.8 x 50 mm pieces. The 4000 S4 version which is a level 4 security shredder will shred up to 14 sheets at a time into 1.9 x 15mm pieces.
